Dear parent/carer,

Re. Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic in School

Following previous communications, I write to confirm the arrangements for the Covid-19 vaccination for students in school on Thursday 10th March. Those parents/carers who have provided consent for their child via the e-consent form, students will be called during their period 5 for their vaccination.

At the end of the school day, from 3.15pm until 5.45pm immediate family members of students and students who have not completed the e-consent form are able to attend the vaccination clinic for their 1st, 2nd or booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccination.

Please note, students must be accompanied by legal guardians. Likewise immediate family members must attend with their student. Students must be in their school unifor

m and present their student ID badge to confirm their identity as a students at Stepney All Saints.
Entry will be via the Copley Street gate.
