Re-schedule of Year 8 HPV Vaccinations

Year 8 HPV Vaccinations tomorrow have been rescheduled for 3 December due to an insufficient amount of consent forms returned. Consent forms will be given directly to those students who have not yet responded and should be returned immediately. Even if you do not wish your child to have the vaccination you must sign and return the form.
