Y7 – Shakespeare Festival
Dear Parent/Carer,
We are excited to announce the first ever SASS Shakespeare Festival will be held at SASS on July 14th, 2022, 3:30pm – 5:00pm!
Each Year 7 form will perform a short version of Shakespeare’s most famous comedies and tragedies! Your student is currently working hard to design and rehearse their assigned production and we would absolutely love for friends and family to see the final performance!
The plays are as follows:
7.1: Twelfth Night
7.2: Macbeth
7.3: A Midsummer Night’s Dream
7.4: Much Ado About Nothing
7.5: The Winter’s Tale
7.6: Romeo and Juliet
7.7:The Tempest
This production is also their final Y7 synoptic storytelling assessment. We are excited to see what they create!
Tickets are free and there will be a bake sale during intermission; please fill out the ticket form attached so we can ensure you have a place to sit. Entrance is from 3.10pm, Stepney Way where you are greeted by a member of staff, escorted into the Great Hall and shown to your seats.
