Dear Student,

Re: November Mock Examination timetable – Year 11

The timetable for the Year 11 Mock examinations taking place 8th – 23rd November 2022 is on the reverse of this letter. Please note down the relevant dates and times and ensure that you are properly prepared for each examination.

These mocks are organised and run the same way that public examinations are so strict examination rules apply. Under new exam regulations, watches of any kind are not permitted in the exam room.

DO DO NOT
·         Ensure you are on time for all exams

·         Ensure you are in correct uniform to all exams

·         Bring two black pens to all exams

·         Bring a clear pencil case with correct stationary to all exams including calculators where required

·         Bring your school ID to all exams

·         Bring a mobile phone to the exam room.*

·         Bring any type of watches to the exam room.

·         Take any form of notes in to the exam room.

·         Bring any food/drink in the exam room with the exception of bottled water (with the label removed).

*ALL mobile phones MUST be handed in to the Examinations team before the start of all exams.

For all examinations, please meet in the Gallery. Please enter the Hall via Stepney Way.

AM exams: Please meet in the Gallery at 08:40.

PM exams: Please meet in the Gallery at 1:45pm

Students are expected in lessons as normal when there is not an exam scheduled. All exams are expected to take place in the Great Hall and other allocated rooms. Students with Access Arrangements will be allocated a room in due course. Please check the noticeboard near the Main Reception each morning.

I wish you the best of luck with all your examinations. I hope you will prepare thoroughly and make this a positive start to the new half-term.

Yours sincerely,

Mr B Siaw

Senior Deputy HeadTeacher
