The main purpose of this role is:
- To support and manage the provision of a high quality catering service which meets the needs of the students and the school and ensures that outstanding catering standards are achieved.
- To ensure the food offering provided is nutritional and meets the School Food Standard.
- To create and implement a variety of seasonal and nutritional menus.
- To ensure a pleasant presentation of food in all dining outlets.
- To support the Kitchen Manager.
- To undertake any relevant training and to arrange and support the training of the Kitchen team including statutory food hygiene training.
- To support in updating the Food Safety and Hygiene Policy.

Salary & Benefits
Scale 6 (£36,345 - £37,437) pro rata
Monday to Friday, term time only, 30 hours per week (hours may vary)
