Re. Re-introduction of face masks
We have seen an increase in the number of positive Covid-19 cases in school over the recent days.
As a precaution, and in accordance to our school’s risk assessment, we will be re-introducing face masks for all students, staff and visitors in school.
The re-introduction of face masks as part of the school uniform will take effect from tomorrow, Thursday 3rd February until the February half term. The last day for students in school will be Thursday 10th February 2022, as Friday 11th February is Academic Review Day and students should be attending meetings virtually with parents.
We continue to encourage all students to test twice-weekly and record results, positive, negative or void, via the government’s Covid-19 result reporting website (https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result). Covid-19 test kits are available for students to collect from their form tutors.
