Year 11 Transition Programme – Departmental Booklets
Yr11 Transition Programme
3-Week Departmental Booklets
Please watch loom video on the details of the 3-week departmental program:
What do I need to do?
You will have provisionally selected your subjects for next year. For these subjects you must complete transition work over 3 weeks.
You need to download the subject booklet, which contains 3-weeks’ worth of transition work. You should complete the weekly assignments either electronically or on paper.
How will I prove that I have done the work?
You will need to bring your work to school when you start Year 12 in September 2023.
What do I do if I get stuck?
All the transition work has been designed to be as straightforward as possible. You should be able to complete it independently and with the resources suggested in the booklets. However, if you are still stuck, you can email us at sixthform@stepneyallsaints.school, and we will then forward your email to the relevant Head of Department.
Why do I need to do this work?
Firstly, starting Year 12 is always challenging for students. The work we have prepared for you will help you start on the best possible footing, so that you can make the best progress possible. By doing this work, our students ensure that they get some of the best results possible.
Secondly, this work will help you work out that the A Levels or BTEC that you have selected are the right course for you.
