Eucharist at St. Dunstan’s Church

At Stepney All Saints School our spiritual life is strengthened through our partnership with St. Dunstan’s Church. Twice every half term, students have the opportunity to participate in Eucharist services held at the church, reinforcing the school’s Church of England ethos and its commitment to meaningful collective worship.

Led by Reverend Trevor Crichlow, these services are thoughtfully planned to ensure student involvement through readings, prayers, and guided reflection. Pupils regularly describe the experience as deeply meaningful and spiritually enriching, offering insight into Christian traditions and encouraging personal reflection on faith and values.

Engaging Foundation and Wider Student Community

As part of the school’s inclusive approach to faith and worship, these church visits are offered to all students, with a particular focus on those admitted under foundation places. The services provide structured opportunities for pupils to engage with Christian teachings, explore ethical questions, and consider their own beliefs within a respectful and reflective setting.

Fostering Inclusive Faith and Community Partnerships

Looking ahead, Stepney All Saints aims to expand opportunities for parental engagement in faith-based activities and to develop collaborative outreach projects in partnership with St. Dunstan’s and other local faith leaders. Through this work, the school remains committed to nurturing a community where students are encouraged to explore their spirituality, reflect on shared values, and grow into compassionate, thoughtful individuals.
