Dear parent/carer,

If your child has been diagnosed with any medical condition, especially Allergies, Asthma and Epilepsy where  emergency medication is required, it is extremely important that you provide a supply of medication for your child to the school. In addition, your child should carry their own medication with them as they travel to and from school.

Asthma attacks and allergic reactions can be life threatening. It is the responsibility of parents/carers to notify the school if there is a change in medication, a change in dosage requirements, or the discontinuation of the student’s need for medication. In addition, parents are responsible for ensuring emergency medication is supplied to the school and replaced when it expired.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your child’s medication with the school, please contact Ms Anderson or Ms Vella (Medical coordinators).
