Year 9 DTP Vaccinations
Dear parent/carers,
The Vaccination UK Team will be visiting the school on 17th June and 24th June 2022 to administer DTP vaccinations to all year 9 students. The attached document contains information about the vaccinations and a consent form to fill in.
The vaccination team will be required to see all students, except those that have refused the vaccination. For anybody they do not get a response from, they will attempt to do a verbal consent with parents and if that is not successful, they will do a Gillick competency with the student.
